“Use their size guide to pick a size, got it for Christmas. The ring was much bigger than expected from the size guide, I started the process to return it. Contacted customer service as there was no UPS area in Ireland. I was told I couldn’t return it even though it allowed me to start the return? Customer service then stopped replying. Very disappointing service, have bought multiple watches and bracelets from Daniel Wellington with no issues. Will never buy a ring again as it’s left in the box unwearable.”
