The customer service team advised that they would confirm this with the warehouse and get back to me as soon as possible, but several days passed without any update. Thus, I submitted a return request.
It has now been more than two weeks since my initial enquiry and over a week since my return request, yet neither has been processed, despite my follow-up emails.”
