I also contacted Daniel Wellington’s customer service for assistance, yet received no real help or solution. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even exchange it in-store.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer support, especially since the mistake was on their side. I expected much better service from a brand like Daniel Wellington.”
