“I cannot recommend this product because of serious quality and reliability concerns. I purchased all three versions multiple times, for a total of six cases, and experienced the same recurring problems with every one.
The tiny screws gradually loosened and fell out without warning. Because they are so small, they can easily go unnoticed until the case begins to open, potentially leaving the watch vulnerable to damage or loss. The case’s crown button also damaged the crown on my Apple Watch, eventually forcing me to replace the entire watch.
Despite these repeated issues, I placed another order to give the product one more chance. The case arrived without the required screws or screwdriver, which raised further concerns about quality control. After this experience, I was so dissatisfied with DW and these cases that I returned the product without requesting a refund.
Owners should regularly check that every screw is secure and monitor the watch’s crown for signs of damage. Based on my experience with six cases and the same problems occurring each time, I strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before relying on this product to protect an apple watch. The case is beautiful I will give them that atleast.”
