“I bought what was advertised as a "smart watch" and received "straps/bands" went to the shop to purchase the "missing part" of the watch in Gateway, I was told there is no watch that goes with these straps, I asked for them to atleast order the exact specific one that might be available I was told they can't because they dont have. The delivery team is tried contacting multiple times to collect for return calls were NEVER answered , return period has just expired and im left with just "straps"”
