“Our home was built in 1998. Doing the retro to Deako was a simple but impactful upgrade to our home. The ability to add smart switches in our home is very cool. From speaking to Ashley, who was awesome, to using Strada to do the install, everything was pretty seamless. There were some wiring issues with some outlets, which prevent some from not being compatible with the smart switches, but the look of Deako was worth it alone. Our home now looks like it was build within the last 5 years!”
“Deako can improve their move-in package by alerting customers more clearly that the move-in package comes with one master smart dimmer and one remote smart dimmer, and then informing their customers what these are used for. This information was not clear to me when the move-in package was promoted. I learned about it after the move-in package was delivered. Otherwise, I love the plug-and-play style of smart switches.
