“The Dimmer came broken out of the box. I reached out to customer support, they said that they would reach back out to me to resolve the issue, and I never heard back. I bought a home that had Deako switches pre-installed, and I have had nothing but problems. I'm seriously considering ripping out all of my Deako switches and replacing them with other smart switches that don't cost $120 each, actually work when I get them, and don't require me to pay shipping when I get a broken device and need to send it back.”
