I'm sorry that we weren't able to make your requested phone appointments and that some of the calls were missed when we reached shortly back out. Our Customer Service Team is based in the United States as we made the decision to prioritize in-house support with experts instead of using a third party.
It looks like from what you are experiencing, that the switch isn't working at that location and others due to missing neutral wires. When the neutral wire is connected, then the switch will work as intended.
