“Love how easy the boxes are to install and even easier to change out the light switches. Only issue I had was having to recess the gang box so the trim plate sits flush on the wall, other than that excellent product.”
“As an electrician and business owner I install these switches often and like them enough for my own home. I was skeptical when they first came out but after installing my first set of switches I fell in love with them. The only negative comment I have is the pricing. They are affordable for half of my customers but not to some. If the pricing were a little better they would be perfect for everyone. I like the options there are and the ease of changing out the switches if you want to change out a switch for a different purpose like a standard switch to a smart switch or perhaps a dimmer. I also like the looks of the switches as well, they are clean and modern looking adding to the look of the interior of a house.”
“Deako needs to make a product that is a double switch for a single spot. In order to add a switch to control my kitchen light, fan and fan light I needed to remove the 2 gang box that was there, replace with a 3 gang old work box then install deakos stuff. I replaced deako switches in bedrooms due to the ease of just installing new switches and not needing to replace gang boxes. New construction this might be a good application but rework is not good. Also had to order it and wait for it to arrive. Going to lowes or home depot to pick up a part is way more convenient and cheaper.”
