“I bought a simple nightlight switch that was nonfunctional. I received a replacement which worked sporadically. The contacts from the switch to the box are not tight so it's constantly failing. 2 in a row.”

“I ordered a package of dimmer switches and a nightlight switch. I got the dimmers and not the nightlight. I had to send the guy an email to inform him I was missing the nightlight and one dimmer was broke. It took me calling and leaving a message for him to get back to me. He said I would get two nightlight switches for the inconvenience and I only got one when the package arrived. I would not recommend this company to any one since you’re stuck using their switches. You also cannot turn the switches upside down so they all face the same direction. This is little but when there are four switches and they are all facing different directions, it can be difficult to know what one is on and what ones are off. Don’t buy from this company.”
We are sorry for your experience! The Simple Nightlight was on backorder so it shipped separately from the rest of the bundle. I'm sorry the information didn't make your way so your expectations were not met when receiving the bundle. It looks like we got that replacement sent over for the Simple Dimmer! “The nightlight switch is great for rooms where you would normally have to plug in a nightlight. These look much better than the plug-in nightlights. The light puts out just enough light at night, or in a room with no windows, for you to see what you are doing without turning a light on. Great at night. The only negative is that there is no adjustment to make it brighter or dimmer, like some nightlight switches I have used in the past.”
“Your switches are terrific.\nReceive them by mail ten minutes later , i installed them, no screwdriver needed. No breakers to be turned off. Just flip the plate switch with my credit card. Pull out the old switch. Put in the new ones in\nMinutes every switch were working beautifully., put motion detector,in the pantry and in the laundry room for hands, free lighting without\n Touching the switch.\n The timmers work terrific, I can set, the lighting to watch TV or for dinner. Very easy stall very easy, adjustment of the lights. Also I have two Deako smart switches, which I used to turn off and on the lights from my phone, never come home to a dark house. All in all , your deako switches are tremendous. I plan to upgrade more switches in the future and recommend deako products to all my friends and relatives”
