“I bought a simple nightlight switch that was nonfunctional. I received a replacement which worked sporadically. The contacts from the switch to the box are not tight so it's constantly failing. 2 in a row.”

“I ordered a package of dimmer switches and a nightlight switch. I got the dimmers and not the nightlight. I had to send the guy an email to inform him I was missing the nightlight and one dimmer was broke. It took me calling and leaving a message for him to get back to me. He said I would get two nightlight switches for the inconvenience and I only got one when the package arrived. I would not recommend this company to any one since you’re stuck using their switches. You also cannot turn the switches upside down so they all face the same direction. This is little but when there are four switches and they are all facing different directions, it can be difficult to know what one is on and what ones are off. Don’t buy from this company.”
We are sorry for your experience! The Simple Nightlight was on backorder so it shipped separately from the rest of the bundle. I'm sorry the information didn't make your way so your expectations were not met when receiving the bundle. It looks like we got that replacement sent over for the Simple Dimmer!
