“I purchased this for my main bathroom exhaust. As with the other Deako switches, this takes about 1 minute to pop out the basic switch and install this one. I have not used the option timer on the bottom. I find the 3 pre-set buttons to perfect for my needs.”

It works like a regular on/off switch for the fan, but with the convenience of being able to set a timer to have the fan turn off automatically.
