“Not very impressed. I ordered on line . When the foundation came the colour was wrong and I found the foundation very runny . I just tested a small amount on my hand . I’ve now been told I cannot return it because I’ve used a tiny bit . What was I supposed to do ? I’m now stuck with a £39 foundation which I do not want .”

The Customer Service team replied to your email of the 5th September on that day explaining we could provide you with samples to try a different type of foundation and offered an exchange.
