“I purchased this set after buying previous Delilah products that I was delighted with, unfortunately, this was not a good purchase. The eyeliner smudged so badly leaving me with embarrassing black marks under my eyes requiring a trip to the powder room to remove as much as possible. The following day I decided to try it again when I was at home ensuring that my eyelids were clear of any grease it made no difference I once again had "panda eyes" within an hour. A complete waste of money as there is no way I can wear this product.”
