“These are recommended by my dentist and used in conjunction with a flouride mouthwash have pretty much eliminated plaque. Use as large a size as possible and push in from the base of the tooth using a finger on the other side to ensure close contact to the gum.”

“Advised by my dentist to use tepees some years ago I use yellow , green ,purple and grey and buy red ,yellow and orange for my son. Make sure we never run out.”
