“Great design, really unlike anything out there. Love that the backs are slightly lower than standard counter height, so they slide under counter surface. Purchased 4 a year ago. One broke and DM replaced at no charge. Could actually get someone on the phone who sounded like they cared - that's pretty uncommon these days, and kudos to DM for taking customer service so seriously. This is not meant to dissuade anyone from purchasing, but the 3 leg design (which is part of its elegance) does make the stool prone to tip over if you push out quickly and the single leg in back grabs on anything (e.g. rug). Avoid that, and nothing to worry about!”
“The Range Counter Stool fit perfectly for what we wanted in the kitchen of our new home. The walnut frame & black cushion were the right colors. The stools were very unique and we wanted stools that had a low back that did not extend past the counter. The stools are solidly constructed and at the same time are light weight. They even came with quality feet - seems like a minor detail but important to us as we often find ourselves replacing the feet on chairs and stools because they had low quality ones and protecting our floors is important. Even the packaging of the stools was excellent to assure they were protected in transit. I would say the only negative we've obverved is the cushions are a bit too soft. A firmer, more supportive cushion would be better.”
“Lovely simple design, comfy cushion. I’m a titch short for the foot rests to make it super comfy but my taller friends love them. Customer service was amazing. Had an issue with one stool and Denver Modern swapped it out for a new stool without making me do the work.”
