“We are very pleased with the looks and construction of the Summit Dining Table. Having said that, our experiences with communication with the Company - specifically, the failure of customer support, and even one of the owners, to respond to my order status inquiries, was a source of frustration. Once I threatened to cancel my $8k+ order, communication did improve, but I don’t think it should have taken a threat to get them to respond. Also, fulfillment and delivery of my order took an inordinate amount of time, though I was initially advised that all ordered items were available at the time of ordering. After reading reviews by many other customers, it appears that delivery delays are common. Ultimately, the customer service - specifically that of Kyle Giem, customer support manager, was good.”
“The summit table is a well made solid table that will last a lifetime. It was easy to assemble as well. The walnut enhances the beautiful wood grains throughout the table and the unique design sets it apart from customary rectangular tables. Couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase!”
