Recieved a call from Kyle at Denver Modern shortly after my post; and he acknowleged my concern and is going to conduct a painless exchange--even after I threw away the boxes. I was very impressed how quickly he reached out and how proactive he was with ensuring I was a satisified customer. As mentioned, the product quality is absolutely amazing...but I need the correct height to ensure my total satisfaction of the product.”
