“They are super comfortable and supportive. The charcoal boucle fabric is soft and durable. I found that the counter height stools were a tad short for my counter, but the bar height stools were going to be too tall, so I ordered the counter height stools, and I purchased 16 of the 2” expandable feet from Amazon. Now the chair height is perfect!”
“These are absolutely perfect. Gorgeous design, beautifully made, right height and very comfortable at my kitchen area counter. I was a little hesitatnt to order from photos but I'm so glad I made this purchase. They arrived really well-packed and protected. I could not be happier with this purchase.”
“So very happy with this purchase -- it looks great, fits well and was delivered in such a helpful way, without the need for construction. Really, really quality!”
“I absolutely love the Vail Counter Stools. They are worth the money as they are both beautiful and sturdy. I never thought a counter stool could be comfortable, as I'd never found one that was. The customer service was great. I ordered 4 but only have room for 3 (unfortunately, I'd love to have four!) The customer service team sent me a prepaid label no questions asked and scheduled a pick-up. It couldn't have been easier. I look forward to my next purchase as I have my eyes on their lounge chairs!”
“These stools are fantastic! Excellent quality, very cool, contemporary design and the customer service is exceptional. Also totally worth paying for full assembly shipping. Each arrived in a box, very carefully packaged and fully assembled. Couldn’t ask for more!”
