“I will admit at first i was hesitant to purchase the white vail stool due to reviews saying they had a hard time with customer service. BUT my experience was incredible. My stools shipped when they said they would ship (we waited a few months, but knew that ahead of time). Donnie made sure I was taken care of. The stools arrived and they are as amazing as I would have hoped. Love them. My husband couldnt believe that i wanted such expensive chairs. The design, and comfort is unmatched, and he agrees. They are expensive but worth every penny. They are made very well! Highly recommend these stools!! Worth the splurge!”
