“I will admit at first i was hesitant to purchase the white vail stool due to reviews saying they had a hard time with customer service. BUT my experience was incredible. My stools shipped when they said they would ship (we waited a few months, but knew that ahead of time). Donnie made sure I was taken care of. The stools arrived and they are as amazing as I would have hoped. Love them. My husband couldnt believe that i wanted such expensive chairs. The design, and comfort is unmatched, and he agrees.
