“Fiona is very accommodating, friendly and patient, especially when it came to our indecisiveness. She gave us various options; boards/destinations within our budget and helped us realise that what we thought we originally wanted in a holiday wasn't necessarily what we actually wanted (she didn't even need to say this, just good guidance). The booking process was easy and efficient. It's also reassuring to know that if we would like guidance/recommendations for places/things to do in the area we have chosen she is also happy to help us with this. We look forward to exploring somewhere new and fully embracing the culture and cuisine. Thankyou.”

“Fiona is amazing, she has helped us with booking a few holidays now and making suggestions on alternative hotels etc to show us what else is out there. I appreciate having someone who can plan and find best dates/flight times for us, takes the load off me a lot. Very excited for the coming year and also booking more (just not this year now ).”

“Fiona was fab from start to finish. I really didn’t know where to start with a trip to Lapland for 2025 and Fiona was invaluable in showing us a variety of options that fitted the brief. She was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision. Amazing service and one I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fiona again!”
