“Rachael at designer travel organised a wonderful trip to Italy for our family of 4 and my Brothers family of 5. 5 lovely hotels all ideally positioned in each destination. Trains and Travel through Italy was planned to perfection. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Can’t wait to plan the next trip. Paul”

“We are enjoying our last day out of 10 at The Alvor Naia Hotel in Portugal. Thanks to Rachael everything was planned and we had a fantastic customer service in all aspects from her. The hotels is fantastic, with great accommodation, as well as customer service. Nothing has been too much trouble by the staff. We have come all exclusive, just my husband and myself. The food was a fantastic quality, and catered for all tastes and dietary requirements. We are here towards the end of the season, but could see the attention for the family with children was brilliant, with entertainment for them throughout the day, and in the evening. We have never stayed in a hotel with such a large pool! A real treat, also a separate children's pool. Also children's venture play area. The room was a small suite with separate room form the bedroom area with an equipped kitchen. Our room was pool facing with good size balcony with two double sliding door. So will be sad to leave. Thank again Rachael. Looking forward with a next adventure through you. Glenn and Ken”

“Rachael is fantastic !! We've booked several holidays through her now and can't fault the places we've stayed in. Also, I've got 2 holiday's booked with her for next year. I recommended her to my friends who have also booked a holiday with her. She s always so happy to help and gets you the best possible price she can or she'll price match for you. You won't be disappointed can't recommend her enough !!!”

“Rachael was very helpful and attentive to my holiday needs, nothing was to much for my many questions and indecisive plans. Price matching also was great and I don’t have to do all my checking in boarding passes etc would definitely use Rachael again in the future.”
