“I am not sure if I can express in such a short review how wonderful this lady is? I am not a seasoned traveller and have not had a holiday in a very long time, so I was nervous about booking as I felt very out of touch with the whole process. Shirley came highly recommended by a trusted friend and preferring to support local, I threw her a bit of a curveball by giving her a two week window that we could manage, at short notice, just as she was preparing to leave on a work trip! I immediately felt relaxed with her after chatting on the phone and was sure I was in safe hands, despite the short notice. She searched to find something that would work for us all as a family, provided plenty of options within the gap we had, within budget and that would tick as many boxes as possible for us - even whilst on the train travelling to the airport herself! She arranged for a colleague to contact me to help with any queries, finalise booking etc whilst she was away (equally as patient and lovely by the way!). As soon as she arrived back in the country, she promptly got in touch to go through everything and make sure we were happy and answer any questions etc. I cannot overstate how much of a gem she is and how much worry she has taken away. I very much look forward to seeing what she will be able to come up with for our next holiday - when she has plenty of time to play with and not under pressure!”

“I started booking my holidays with Shirley a few of years ago now. I wouldn’t go any where else. She has so much knowledge which helps us pick our holidays with confidence. From start to finish she’s at the end of the phone to support. Sorts all the paperwork and checks us in . 5 star travel agent.”
