“I cannot praise Julie enough for sorting out a tricky booking with a single occupancy after the hotel we were looking seamed to be full,but she tried different approaches untill she found a way to get us the hotel of our choice ,she truly goes above & beyond to get you what you want I will always go to Julie for my holidays .”

“We have just booked a large family holiday and Julie has been brilliant. She completed some detailed research based on our wishes and requirements and then supported us to make the best decisions. Nothing is too much trouble for Julie and she has responded to all of our questions, and any alterations to our planning in a very positive and extremely timely way. Julie is very friendly and knowledgable, and her communication skills are excellent . We would definitely recommend working with Julie.”

“We’ve had such a fantastic experience working with our travel agent, Julie, She has helped us book not just one, but our next two cruises, and the whole process has been effortless. What really impressed us was how attentive and knowledgeable Julie is she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted out of each trip and pointed out details we might never have thought of ourselves. She handled everything smoothly and kept us in the loop, so we’ve felt supported and stress-free the entire way. It’s such a relief knowing our holidays are being planned by someone who truly knows the cruise industry and genuinely cares about their clients. We can already tell both of these sailings are going to be incredible, and we wouldn’t have gotten here without her help. If anyone is considering using a travel agent for their cruise or holiday I can’t recommend Julie enough.”

“Excellent service so far from Julie. We discussed our ideas with her and she came back with a package that not only met our requirements, but was also within our budget. Her communication is first rate. Regular updates on progress with putting our package together. Even replying to my questions in the evening, outside of normal working hours, which definitely goes above and beyond. Having one person to talk to about anything related to your holiday is a major plus for us, compared to trying to get hold of someone at a travel company call centre. We highly recommend Julie.”
