“I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. From the moment I contacted her about our requirements she was nothing but professional and knowledgeable in her replies. Nothing was too much trouble and we will get in touch with Michelle for each holiday now. I would not (and already have done) hesitate to recommend to my family and friends!”

“We have just returned from a fantastic holiday recommended and booked via Michelle. It ticked every box we asked for and the whole process from arriving at Manchester airport to returning (sadly) was made so easy and smooth compared to any previous experience. I didn’t even have to check-in for the flight myself! The communications from Michelle to the hotel before we even arrived were evident with first night evening meal pre-booked and a perfect room location! Such high quality service throughout - I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone! Thankyou.”

“Thank you so very much Michelle for finding us a place I could take my family to make some lovely memories. Really impressed with being able to provide you with dates and you found us one of the best places I’ve stayed in the UK, we were impressed by the picture of it but even more impressed when we arrived. The kids were like ‘wow, are we staying here’ We have already recommended Twin Lakes Lodge to others after they saw the photos. So expect some people coming way, as I’ve recommended they come to you, you making booking so easy and you look after us by finding out need to know as well as nice to know details about ahead of our stay. You even contacted the Lodge directly to introduce your guests, they put a lovely card and bottle, from you and their team inside the lodge. A Nice touch on arrival As you know, we have already booked a another holiday with you, I’m sure we will be booking even more in the future Thanks again for all your help!!! Hope you get yourself a nice break soon too”

“Michelle, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the phenomenal job you did in organising our girls trip. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience, and your meticulous planning and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Your expertise and thorough planning made the entire process incredibly smooth. From coordinating flights to arranging accommodation, every detail was perfectly executed. The accommodation you selected was beyond our expectations. The hotel was amazing, it was modern, clean and the food and staff were fab. It was so great that we decided to spend most days there lazing around the pool. We were also touched by the thoughtful surprises you arranged for the group which Included a bottle of fizz for our friend's 40th birthday which came with a personalised note. Your prompt and friendly communication throughout the planning process was greatly appreciated. It gave us confidence that we were in good hands and allowed us to fully enjoy the anticipation leading up to the trip. “Michelle booked us a last minute girls holiday to Ibiza. She found us an amazing hotel within our budget, which exceeded all our expectations.
