“Lizzie is so easy to deal with and she constantly kept in touch (and had the patience of a saint as our requests changed several times) It was never a bother to her and she gave us loads of options and talked us through them all. We first used Lizzie last year and knew we would use her for our big holiday this year since she did such a fantastic job last year.
