“Antonia was excellent throughout the process; a genuine tailored approach which respected our desires and our budget, with great practical advice and first class service. The trip was a huge success, with a 3 centre approach in Costa Rica; rain forest, cloud forest and the beach resort on the Pacific coast. Antonia managed all the logistics for us, ensuring we had a broad range of activities in this unique and beautiful country, coupled with enough down-time to sit back and enjoy the views, the culture and the food. All activities were provided by professional small group experts; it felt like we had our own David Attenborough on all the eco/wildlife treks, plus the private transfers between the 3 centres gave us great comfort from professional tour guides. Thanks to Antonia, we had a trip of a lifetime. The hotels at La Luna and Ecotea really were boutique and special and the Tamarindo Resort gave us a blend of day-time chill-out plus nightime fun. We would recommend Antonia and Designer Travel for great ideas and true customer service.”

“We have been looked after by Antonia now for around 10 different holidays and cannot say we have had a problem with any of them. Everything is looked after with the utmost attention to detail and always on time. She is very pleasant to deal with, always cheerful with a very quick response to questions. Paperwork is accurate even to the supply of boarding passes. We are looking forward to our latest booking to Mauritius which we are sure we will enjoy. Charles Chaney and Di Simpson”
