“For our Golden wedding celebrations we were trying to plan a trip to Singapore, Bintan and Dubai. We found it difficult to coordinate all the flights, transfers and hotel bookings required and asked Jodie at Desiigner Travel for help. What a good decision that was! Jodie got to work immediately and working within the given budget came up with some great ideas and in short time all flights,ferries, hotels and transfers between each were in place. Prior to departure Jodie sent us a very handy booklet detailing all the flight numbers ferry and transfer times etc, which proved very useful. All the bookings worked like clockwork and thanks to Jodie's careful and detailed planning we had a wonderful stress free holiday.”

“My family has recently booked a 4th holiday through Jodie. Being short on time and making quite quick decisions once we have full information – we have found Jodie’s assistance in pulling together options and pricing for us invaluable (and I have always found her quotes fairly comparable to what I can find online if price out the same holiday) – but with the value-added benefit of her support before and during the holiday. After an initial discussion about where/what we were looking for, she quickly pulled together options and pricing in an easy-to-understand and comparable manner, and following a few discussions we were able to quickly book a holiday that we are all really looking forward to. Jodie’s assistance is also prompt and efficient if any issues arise during a holiday she has booked – we encountered a relatively big/complicated issue on one of our trips – we have used Jodie’s services 2 more times since – I think that speaks volumes to how well she handled and remediated the issue quickly and helpful. “Jodie is a fantastic travel agent. She finds holidays very quickly, and responds very quickly to any queries, even when she is on holiday herself! She has found us some great holidays, and is very knowledgeable about the travel industry. It is very reassuring to know she is there for us every step of our journey until we are back home again.”

“I have booked two holidays with Jodie for 2024 and the pre-holiday service has been outstanding. The attention to detail was very impressive and from very few details, Jodie was able to find just what we were looking for. The balance for one of my holidays was due when she was herself on holiday but she still found time to remind me and confirm that payment had been received. I've already recommended her to many of my friends. Personal service is so important and I have no doubt this small business will flourish, it certainly deserves to. Thank you.”
