We hadn’t flown internationally for a while but Moira put us at ease by helping with every stage of the process - even providing us with a guide book to New Zealand! She is such a caring and experienced agent and seemed to have a photographic memory of our seats on every flight advising us what would be most comfortable. “My wife and I have been clients with Moira as our travel guru for nearly 30 years. You don't continue to use someone if they aren't good at their job. She has helped us to have some amazing holidays and sent us to all corners of the globe. From start to finish she is always there. Even when things don't always go to plan(Kenyan air traffic strikes, BA plane overbooked, American Airline plane cancellation and a few more) Moira is at the end of the phone with help and advice, contacting the best person in the companies to mitigate our difficulties. Moira even keeps on the lookout for deals which she thinks we would like but we would never have thought of for ourselves. She is brilliant and our travels around the world would not have been possible without her talents.”

“Moira always goes the extra mile to help. She does everything seamlessly behind the scenes but is straight into action when things go wrong. We started a cruise without luggage because it had been held up at the changeover airport. Moira was constantly on the phone to anyone she could to get it sorted. Happily our luggage was reunited with us at the first available opportunity. She also books holidays for myself and 3 girl friends (2 of whom live abroad) but she coordinates everything to ensure that it all runs smoothly and we all have a great time.”
