“Kay has become not only our travel agent but our friend, she has been booking our holidays for many years now and knows what we like in a holiday. She’s always there day and night to assist with any queries we may have. We are a well travelled couple but I like knowing that if needed we have Kay to call on. You can give Kay an idea of where you want to go and she will come up trumps with a resort. A few years ago when monarch ceased trading kay dealt with all the legal side of getting our money back and rebooked us another equally if not better holiday without us having to do anything. I always recommend Kay to family, friends and colleagues. Kay certainly knows the holiday business very well and goes the extra mile to ensure that you have the best holiday with no hassle at all. I highly recommend Kay to all who are looking for a friendly knowledgeable travel agent.”

“We love to present our wish list to Kay for an adventurous holiday. She planned a wonderful holiday for us to explore Canada in 2022. Kay is happy to discuss or modify our request once she has prepared a first draft for us to think about. The plan covered everything from leaving our house; to include flights, train travel, transfers to hotels, additional tours etc We had no problems with anything during a three and a half week trip.Kay's experience of coordinating everything so that it fits into a timetable for us makes for a smooth holiday for us. We didn't have to think about making our own arrangements after tiring flights or early morning flights it was all done for us.”

“Kay is absolutely fantastic. I cannot thank her enough for all the help and support she has given me over the years. From suggesting amazing hotels, to adding little extras upon our arrival, Kay always goes the extra mile, thank you. We have been everywhere from Lanzarote to Bora Bora over the last 10 years and I cannot fault any of the holidays. Kay has been there to support us from the moment of booking until we return from holiday. When there is an issue (drones at Gatwick), Kay will go out of her way to make sure the holiday still happens one way or another. I would never book a holiday without going through Kay. Kay thank you very much indeed for everything, you are amazing and we cannot wait for our upcoming holidays in 2024 and 2025, thank you.”

“Kay is our "No.1 go to" for organising and booking our holidays as she has many successful years of experience in the holiday industry. She has booked both long and short haul holidays as well as those with multi destinations and various mode of travel for us over many years, all of which were impeccable planned and organised for us. Kay has always been at the end of the phone if we hit delays or problems and resolved them as soon as she possibly could for us. We have recommended Kay to many of our friends who have also started to book regular holidays through her. We would continue to unreservedly recommend Kay as "the go to person " for all your holiday needs and best deals.”
