“We havent been on the trip yet, but for booking side, Dinah has been great for helping us plan our trip. Explained things well and was patient when we wanted to change our details for new quotes. “Dinah was excellent . We were very happy with the whole organisation of our holiday . It was great to receive all the documents through the post . Especially the arrangement of our seats on the plane and boarding passes all came together . We will definitely use Designer travel again . .”

“Second year I've used Dinah to book my summer holidays for myself and my two children, I already have her looking for next year. This year the hotel in Rhodes had allocated me the wrong room with a tiny balcony. I attempted to rectify this myself but was informed I should attend reception each morning at 10am and check if a different room was available. Obviously unhappy with this I called Dinah and the same day my room was changed to what I actually paid for and an upgrade offered, also a bottle of champagne and a fruit basket as an apology. Dinah tends to your holiday requirements as if she was booking her own, she's extremely dedicated and I wouldn't use anyone else going forward. She has also booked several holidays for my friends and work colleagues. Can't wait to see what she finds for me for summer 26. Thanks Dinah.”

“Having recently returned from a holiday to Zanzibar booked with Dinah's help which all went very smoothly we decided to book another break for a River Cruise. Dinah took all the stress and effort out of searching and booking our break. After our initial chat to detail our requirements, dates, budget and accessibility needs Dinah promptly did all the research to come up with various options for the river cruise which we have now booked for next year, as always Dinah takes all the stress away from booking, selecting flights, seats, transfers etc all you have to do is turn up and enjoy all thanks to Dinah.
