“We have been using Susan Dearing, as our sole travel agent, for around seven years. Not only is she absolutely fabulous but she finds you the most wonderful holidays at very competitive prices. Of course you can go and book your own Internet holidays and they might be a couple of hundred pounds cheaper and if that’s what you want, then go for it, but if you value excellent customer service and you want the reassurance of booking with someone who knows what they’re doing, has probably done the holiday you’re about to book, is there almost 24/7 if you need her (even during your holiday) and someone who helps you - even after you’ve paid - then you will find, as we have, that booking your next holiday with Susan Dearing is worth every penny!”

“A friend recommended Susan to me as they were extremely impressed with her professional service and positive, cheerful attitude, and I can see why. Susan takes all the stress and time out of researching and booking the perfect holiday as she does the challenging work for you! If any delay or issue, then Susan chases it all for you from the UK and is always quick in replying and answering any questions you have, as we found out, to our relief, when the recent car park fire at Luton Airport occurred. Susan is deeply knowledgeable about the resort you are booking and gives great advice. My sister and I were so impressed we are using her services again this year.
