“USA Trip I just want to thank Linda Parsons who has been so helpful advising me on requirements to enter USA to send me the link for Gov Esta website. She found me the best price for flights and car hire much cheaper than i found. I also struggled completing USA Esta on website, she talked me through the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. Linda completed my advance passenger information and checked me in and sent boarding passes to me. What a fantastic service she gave me will definitely recommend Linda @Designer Travel to family and friends would highly recommend this company to one going abroad or UK Mr R Luxford”

“Boys Holiday I was recommended to Linda from a friend who always books with her. I was needing a holiday so much after all the last couple of years and wasnt confident booking myself with all the travel requirments etc do i though i would give her a try, i couldnt of been more impressed with what Linda did we gave her dates and budget sge askd lots of questions about what sort of holiday we were looking for our intrests. The trip was for the myself and another friend, we wasnt the easiest of clients as we made a couple of changed, one which was changing dates after booking confirmed, i felt bad about this but it wasnt an issue for Linda who assured me not to worry and sorted this out without any problems, then i had to name last minute. I will be using Linda for all my future holidays so will a couple of my friends who i mentioned just how easy everything was from booking checking us in and checking on us in resort as i had a problem with someone taking my suitcase which she helped getting my suitcase back to me at the hotel. Thank you Designer Travel she is an amazing”

“I recently booked a Maldives Maadhoo through Designer Travel Holiday Abassador Linda Parsons, provided an exemplary level of customer service that i score 10/10.The booking was made at very short notice for my wifes belated 60th Birthday. Linda ensured that everything from initial enquiry through to checking-in for the flights and return while we were in resort for the flight home went smoothly. She was on hand and both willing and able to answer all our questions with detailed, informed advice. Extra touches she orgnaised were in place, such as a birthday cake and room decorated for my wifes birthday. Linda is clearly a very experienced travel advisor with a committed approach to customer care she understands the value of " personal service ". I am delighted to commend Linda Parsons to potential clients of Designer Travel. Dr Dan Hegarty.”

“October family holiday We give the dates and Linda always finds us something lovely been using her for many years and had so many wonderful holidays over the years.Rixos Seagate Sharm was exactly everything and more for the whole family. She always tells us little tipa of things to take as we have small children. wouldnt use anyone else. C Eade family”
