“Emma was great from the start. Provided lots of options for various dates throughout the year with good suggestions, given our very non specific requests! She was patient and not pushy, allowing us time to review the options and we are very much looking forward to the holiday we've booked with Emma later in 2025. It's also reassuring to know that Emma will be available to provide communication with the hotel and gives that extra added value to the holiday booking experience. Thanks Emma!”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service from Emma, nothing is ever too much trouble, we spent ages going back and forth with ideas and options and she made it clear that it didn’t matter how long or how many options we looked at. “Emma helped me book a holiday to celebrate a birthday. fantastic service from start to finish, making sure the location was suitable and special to mark the occasion! “What a lady! Helped a very indecisive and fussy family, with their summer holiday booking for 2025. Great communication and attention, always there to help and advise...couldn't fault Emma's level of customer service and knowledge. Shall definitely use again and thoroughly recommend!”
