“I cannot recommend Nicola Hall highly enough. I have recently got back from my third trip organised by her (Cologne, Paris and now Nice) and she has made the whole process absolutely seamless each time. Her communication is exceptional, her knowledge and expertise is so helpful and she ensures the trips go as planned each and every time and is on hand for any queries or issues leading up to and during the trip. It has been a fantastic experience booking with Nicola every time as she is nothing but friendly and accommodating with every bit of communication and I now cannot imagine booking any kind of holiday without her now. “From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Nicola's knowledge and experitise really helped as she recommended a hotel that was just perfect. Attention to detail goes a long way from checking us in to when we arrived there was a complimentary bottle of wine and a nice note from her in our room. It's the small things sometimes that go the furthest. She's like a personal concierge service and we will only book our holidays with her going forward. Stress free first class service.”

“Nicola has been absolutely amazing booking a speical holiday to Dubai for our silver wedding anniversary. Not only making sure she was always available for queries (even during a family weekend get away), she provided excellent recommendations and a wealth of knowledge of the area and trips. Would absolutely recommend Nic to anybody thinking of booking with her - cannot wait to get away on our special holiday.”

“We have just returned from our second holiday (cruise) organised by Nicola and already have a third booked! Nicola is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She is responsive to questions and researched things on our behalf. It was lovely to receive the VIP treatment on arrival at our pre-cruise hotel but the best part is having peace of mind that everything has been carefully organised and planned by an industry expert. Thanks Nicola”

“Nicola gave me the best experience with booking my first holiday in 8 years. Nicola is very knowledgeable and helpful with everything I wanted to know and learn about my hotel & its location. She went above and beyond, even down to just asking the hotel about the little things that are important to me for my children. Conversation, questions & answers were in a very fast timely manner and over exceeded any one else i have used in the past. My son has a nut allergy which is a major concern for us, and in the past it has been hard to relay how important it is,that the airline know before our trip , but she was already asking the relevant allergy questions before i had the chance to mention it and she informed the airline for me, which is an amazing service in my eyes. Planning my trip was a very smooth process because of Nicola and im already looking for next years holiday, which i wouldnt book with anyone else... Thanks Nicola...Super Star!!”

“Nicola was absolutely brilliant with booking our cruise. Nothing was too much trouble & she listened to everything we wanted. She got us the best price & even managed to get us a lower deposit. Had a couple of queries since & she’s replied super fast & been very helpful. 100% recommended.”

“We set Nicola a very difficult task - organising a trip to Australia with a strict budget and just over two weeks to play with. She did a wonderful job by organising a holiday which took in Sydney, Cairns, Melbourne and a stopover in Kuala Lumpur. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted but she worked with us until we got it right. The hotels were all good standard, she sent us a nice message on arrival and she kept in touch with us, and made inquiries on our behalf about one of the flights when we were unable to check in online. It was a highly memorable holiday and we would certainly go back to Nicola when we want to plan our next big adventure!”
