“We’ve used Lindy several times because she’s just brilliant! My last holiday was a cruise to the Caribbean and she got it absolutely spot on. She even arranged two nights in Orlando before the cruise so I could enjoy some shopping – which I loved! She really looks after you too – even when you’re away she always gets in touch to check how things are going and if you need anything. I can’t wait for my next holiday in September – she’s found us a really lovely little place in Salou. She’s simply the best!”

“Lindy was amazing. She was the 1st agent I spoke to when making an online enquiry with Designer Travel. She gave us options based on our criteria and looked into the one I had found and was interested in. She sorted everything including booking our seats, checking us in and communicating with the hotel to ensure all was correct with our room type. Lindy's communications was excellent and nothing was any trouble. She responded quickly to all my messages even when she had been on her own travels. Although we haven't met in person i still felt that personal connection as a customer. She liased with the hotel about a special occasion for which we received a sweet treat and bubbly. This our 1st family holiday abroad and felt reassured by Lindy on all my queries. I would definitely recommend Lindy to my friends and family. I hope to use her expertise next time we go on our travels.”

“We always use Lindy for our travels – her knowledge and insight into what we like is phenomenal. This time, we wanted a two-centre Thailand island holiday, including a dive resort. Lindy suggested Koh Samui and Koh Tao, and we absolutely loved them both. Koh Samui was the perfect mix of luxury and fun, with an amazing beachfront location and just a 10-minute walk to the night market – where we ate as often as possible! From there, we caught the ferry to Koh Tao, arriving at a charming, unspoilt dive resort right on the beach. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was exactly what we wanted – a place where we could snorkel straight from the shore, as the reef was right there. We spotted triggerfish, angelfish, and countless other species while snorkelling. We also did two dives, which were truly special – at one point, we swam in the middle of a swirling bait ball of a thousand fish, an experience we will never forget. We missed the baby sharks nursing in the area and the local turtle who lives there… but there’s always next time! Thank you, Lindy – you made it all possible.”

“Andy and I had tickets to see Kylie in Paris, and Lindy went out of her way to find us the perfect hotel — within walking distance of the arena and close to a metro station so we could hop around Paris with ease. Her knowledge, ideas, and handy hints on what to see and do in Paris were so helpful. Our hotel was fabulous! In fact, Lindy is fabulous!”

“Lindy is our go-to for anything travel! We recently wanted to visit Croatia, but none of the usual package holidays quite gave us what we were looking for. Lindy went above and beyond, researching hotels for us and finding the perfect one in Split – complete with a rooftop pool. She knew it was my birthday during our trip and had messaged the hotel ahead of time. When we arrived, there was a lovely card from Lindy wishing me happy birthday, along with a delicious cake from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our holiday even more special. We wouldn’t book with anyone else!”

“Would absolutely recommend booking a holiday through Lindy. It was the first time booking a holiday and any questions asked were answered thoroughly. We couldn’t fault the hotel that was booked and the area was great with lots of stuff to do. Would definitely book another holiday through Lindy again.”
