“Firstly, I apologise for my delay in writing this review. I contacted Sam in October last year following a great recommendation from a friend. We wanted to take our six year old to Lapland but had left it a bit last minute. I rang Sam, told her what we were looking for, what dates and also our preference of which airport we'd prefer to use. I was thoroughly impressed by Sam's professionalism from the get go! She's very knowledgeable in her field, super helpful and extremely efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was sorted in brilliant time. There was constant communication from the start and she even kindly messaged when we'd returned to the airport on our way home to make sure we'd had the best time. Massive thumbs up from us, would not hesitate to recommend Sam to any fellow travellers and will definitely use again for our future holidays. Thank you so much Sam and I'm sorry for only just remembering to post this review!”

“This is the third time I have booked with Sam and I can’t see any reason to go anywhere else. She understands her clients and what they want from their holiday, her recommendations are always pretty much spot on to what it is you want from your holiday, be it relaxation, adventure etc Keep up the great work!”

“Sam is ecxcellent at her job her wealth of knowledge is unbelivable , she is always on hand to answer any questions or deal with any problems no matter what time of day. I always use Sam to book holidays as it gives me peace of mind. I also recommend Sam's services to friends and Family.”
