“Outstanding Service – A Perfect Las Vegas Holiday Thanks to Sam! We can’t thank Sam at Designer Travel enough for booking us such a fantastic holiday to Las Vegas! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble – every question we had was answered promptly and professionally, and she made sure every detail was taken care of. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and thanks to Sam’s expert planning, everything went off without a hitch. We had an amazing time and felt completely looked after. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have the best experience possible. “Sam planned a trip for us in 2022 (North Coast 500) and it was stress free and an amazing trip with excellent accommodation. Yesterday we decided we wanted to go to Greece in a couple of weeks for 4 days. I phoned Sam at 1400 and the holiday was booked by 1800! Sam takes all the stress out of booking etc. She does everything! She keeps you informed right through and really listens to what you want. Why would you book yourself or through a travel agent when Sam can do it. We have booked through travel agents before and there has always been some issue (like being stranded at San Francisco airport because they didnt provide me with transfer vouchers!). You don't get these issues with Sam. If you can't tell, I cannot recommend Sam enough.”

“We have recently returned from a holiday in Madeira. What a lovely island it is. We had a wonderful time but made so much easier because of the 5* travel planning we had from Samantha. She has arranged several holidays for us now and all of them have been perfect. The hotel she highlighted for us was also 5* and our room was fabulous. The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Walking out onto our very large balcony overlooking the ocean was heaven. Thank you Samantha, we can't praise or recommend you enough; all the hassle was taken from us.”
