“We have just returned from our third holiday organised by Designer Travel by Angela Briggs Yet again our expectations were exceeded. Angela always goes out of her way to ensure everything is perfect. She will listen to you and make you feel like you are her only client. She clearly has a major passion for the work she does and deserves each and every wonderful comment she receives Despite having two more fabulous holidays booked with Angela to look forward to, we messaged her (on Good Friday) to ask if she could recommend yet another holiday for us in 2025. We gave her a rough idea of the area we wanted to look at and, because she knows us so well, she replied within about 5 minutes with an amazing deal that she was happy to share with us. One short phone call later and we got everything we wanted and more!! We cannot recommend Angela any higher. Thank you yet again xx”

“Just returning from a short break in Rome booked through Angela. As usual she provided an extremely efficient service for a last minute getaway decision. Angela was able to answer all our queries, provide personal knowledge of the area, assign Airline seats and by that evening we were all booked! We have a wonderful trip, thank you.”

“I was going to leave a ‘Carlsberg’ review but that would do Angela a massive injustice as there’s no ‘probably the best travel agent…’ when it comes to Angela! Angela goes above and beyond no matter what time of the day or what day of the week, always happy and cheerful and doing her very best to get you all off on your well earned holidays getting you the best value for money with piece of mind that she will always be available should you need to contact her before, during or after your holiday She is so good she is now not only my go to travel agent but also my family, friends and colleagues! Don’t hesitate, when booking your next holiday go straight to Angela Briggs at Designer Travel and you will not be disappointed - that’s a fact worth sharing!”

“Never having visited Portugal before, we were referred to Angela who, we were told, would provide us with some ideas for our 2024 holiday. After an initial conversation, during which Angela teased out the type of holiday we wanted, she provided us with four options. The first of these included a hotel which she had named as soon as we described what we enjoyed doing on this type of holiday. Angela added three other options which included different variations and offered us alternatives to consider. We chose the first option as it sounded just what we were looking for and Angela very quickly booked the holiday including the seats for the flights. Angela was very thorough in the way she prepared the booking and we found her approach a very friendly one and very informative. After the process had been completed, we felt much more confident about the hotel and what we will be able to do and see on the holiday and we are looking forward to it very much. Angela made us feel like an individual client and has explained what further help she will offer nearer the time. We found her very personable and helpful and would recommend her services without hesitation.”
