“A wonderful honeymoon Hi Sheila, We just wanted to send you an email to thank you so much for organising our amazing honeymoon. We had the most incredible time and met some really nice people along the way. Most of the hotels gave us a free upgrade thanks to your note on the bookings!!! Whenever we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon we were showered with kindness; it was just perfect. We've seen and done so much we can't quite come back down to earth. We've taken LOTS of photos...thought I would just send you a couple!!! Can't wait to print our photos off and fill the scrapbook you kindly gave to us (we kept tickets and leaflets from everywhere)!!! Also bought lots of postcards to fill our scrapbook - it will be a lovely project to work on over the next few weeks. It has been the best month of our lives and honestly lots of it was down to your help booking our dream trip. It was even better than we thought it would be and I'm so happy we got a Mustang, woohoooo (thank god)!!! Needless to say Duncan was absolutely over the moon to finally drive his dream car. “Mauritius The Royal Palm Hotel Having just got back from an incredible stay at The Royal Palm in Mauritius for our honeymoon, we would just like to thank Sheila so much for all her help! Sheila was excellent from day one, giving us so much valuable advice and getting us a great deal on our stay. From the first phone call until the end of our honeymoon, she was always available and made the whole process so easy. Despite very stupidly ignoring her advice to go full board, when we last minute changed our minds Sheila did everything possible to help us change our booking even though she was on holiday herself and it was 2 days before our arrival that we contacted her! We couldn't believe the deal she got and were so thankful that Sheila managed to sort it out for us. We have never used a travel agent before, worried they would complicate things and believing we could get better deals ourselves but we were very much proved wrong with Designer Travel and we will definitely be calling Sheila for our next holiday! “Celebrity Cruises - Back to Back Itinerary Created at Mon, Jul 31, 2023 1:03 PM | Testimonial date: Thu, Jul 6, 2023 12:00 AM Greece & Islands We have just returned from a wonderful holiday co-ordinated and personalised for us by Sheila at Designer Travel. We took two one-week Celebrity cruises “back-to back”. The first week was exploring the eastern Mediterranean Greek Islands, followed by a week combining Greek Isles with Croatian coastal ports. The suites in Aqua Class were very comfortable with a good size balcony and sitting area. The Blu restaurant, exclusive to Aqua class customers at breakfast and dinner was quiet and delightful. There was a wide-ranging menu and the service very efficient and friendly. The staff quickly remembered our preferences and made it feel very personal. The ship felt very spacious and clean with many lounge areas and lots of seating scattered around the ship. Excursions were available at all ports to suit all interests and capabilities. Shuttle buses were provided into the main towns to allow easy access for those who wished to explore on their own. A few ports were Tender service which was organised very efficiently. There was a wide range of activities on board to suit all age groups and many different areas to sit and socialise. Entertainment was varied and in general quite good. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor Rooftop Terrace screenings of recently released films (though no popcorn served!) Sheila organised a pre-cruise stay in Athens and a post-cruise stay in Venice in delightful and well-situated hotels that really increased our enjoyment of this break. The transfers she organised went like clockwork. We shall not forget leaving Venice by water taxi – a new way to travel to an airport! Thanks again to Sheila for her suggestions and input to our wonderful holiday. Barry & Linda”
