“Toni was fabulous from our very first phone call to discuss our holiday ideas, guiding and advising us on what we were looking for, booking restaurants, a lovely welcome message in our room and a postcard waiting for us on our return. We felt like nothing was too much trouble and knowing we could contact her so easily gave us such peace of mind. This was a very special holiday for us and Toni really did help to make it truly magical. We can’t wait to book with her again!”

“Toni is must when you are booking a trip. I wanted to book a special 40th birthday trip for my husband and OMG it was. I gave her very little other than I want to go to New York and she sorted it all. Toni is all about the detail to make your trip easy and less stressful. She provided us with maps and routes for trains to get to the airport, tips for when we were there and even welcomed us to our hotel with a note and wine and a postcard on our return. Absolutley using Toni for every holiday or break we have in the future. :)”

“Toni is AMAZING! My friend and I wanted to go abroad but needed to factor in some mobility requirements. Toni listened and took everything on board. She came up with a number of fabulous suggestions and her knowledge of the areas meant she could answer our questions fully. Her attention to detail meant everything was spot on, leaving us to enjoy a fantastic holiday. I usually do my own holiday research and bookings but Toni is now my go-to person. Thank you so much!”

“Well, between my husband and I this is the third time we've made use of Toni's excellent service, and once again we were not disappointed. The brief initially was to provide us with enough information on hotels and locations in The Seychelles to allow us to make an informed decision on where to stay. Almost immediately hotels, and information on the different islands appeared in our emails. After a little discussion on pros and cons of different places we made our decision and Toni took care of the rest - API, Check-in, Issue of Boarding Passes all completed on our behalf. Prior to the holiday she also posted us a useful map of the islands, and even let us know of an episode of Jane McDonald's travelogue where the tv presenter was not only in the Seychelles but staying at our accommodation - brilliant! Always a lovely touch to arrive home to a holiday-themed welcome back postcard from Toni. Class. Goes without saying we shall definitely be utilising her expertise somewhere in the future.”
