“It was delivered super fast and the chair is amazing, at first I was looking at ikea chairs, but the delivery costed like 50 eur from them and the chair was not top notch, thats how I found desktronic. Again, really good price for such chair(knowing that ikea chair costs just slightly less and are far not so cool as this one)”

“I have been using the chair for a couple of month. I can say that I absolutely happy with the tuning knobs and functionality of a seat and back. Lumbar support, inclination - that is super cool within that price range. Materials are also surprisingly pleasant, and I enjoyed sitting in it throw the whole hot summer. However, I think there's a weak point in this chair, which I hope will be fixed in following redesigns - the armrest design. The elbow support is very important for me to maintain the right posture during the day... aaand my cheap previous office chair was slightly better in that sense. Let me elaborate. Few words about the posture. To feel less tension in the neck and shoulders ideally I prefer to sit straight arms bent 90 degrees, elbows going straight down and close to the body. That helps me to relieve shoulders, neck and trapezius muscles. Also because I am mainly "typing" for the whole day on the keyboard. Unfortunately, I failed to find a way to configure armrests to support that posture. First of all, they are too wide: in the "narrowest" position which is allowed by configuration there's still a significant space for my arm in between the body and the armrest (Foto). That stance is wider than a full keyboard with numpad, so there's no way I can comfortably work with the keyboard without bending the forearms towards the center. In that position I don't feel comfortable. Second thing - is that armrests are too far and (ask you can see on the foto), if my arms go down along the body - they are not supported. Moving elbows forward again contributes to my back pains at the end of the day. I am also leaving a schematics picture of how it is now (red line) vs how I expect it ~ to be (yellow - position of an armrest plate, violet - reduced arm angle). Finally, this forward positioning of armrest also limits how close to the table I can sit. As armrests usually should be ~ same height as table surface, I usually expect that I can move them back and forth to regulate the distance. Which is usually needed when I am switching from keyboard to writing on the paper or some other activity. But with current armrests even the "nearest" position leaves a lot of space between table and my body. Thus I can't imagine why would I ever use the feature to move armrests forward. If Desktronic will ever release an upgraded armrests, or a mod-package for that chair that will help to reposition armrests 5-8 cm backwards - I would certainly buy it. Meanwhile I am thinking about making some "adapter" by myself.... But not sure I will be able to build something like this. In all other aspects - this chair is amazing and I am happy to own one.”
