I run quite a few days of the week and have been looking for an electrolyte sports drink to rehydrate afterwards, I have used other brands in the past some of which have not tasted great. “These are not energy tablets. "Dextro Energy" is a trade name and may be confusing to some people. These tablets will not give you energy, however they will replace minerals that you have lost due to exercise or illness (including a good night out!). This may make you feel better and give the appearance of an energy boost. I normally use High 5 Zero in my cycle water bottle but give these a go as cheaper in price. Used two tubes so far and can recommend. Taste for me is good, and will be purchasing again.”
“Fantastic product and complete life saver. I do boxing work for fitness which is immensely intense. And would feel dehydrated and just drained sometimes for days after.
