“These do not give an immediate feel good/motivational energy surge like I hopped, I usually use the chewable tablets they do and I was expecting a similar effect. However they do help substain energy level once exercising and I did notice improved recovery after workout. I will continue to use alongside the chewables they do for increased motivational and immediate energy effects .”
