“First sensor failed. Second working. I have one more, I guess it's Schrödinger's sensor until it's registered with the app. For the price, sensor failure is unacceptable.”
“Cant rate it but can rate the seller. Got it for my dog and i couldn't get it to work. The supplier found an easy way out and referred me to an actual manufacturer instead of replacing the sensor.”
“The sensor was faulty and dud nit work straight out if the box. I contacted the company for assistance and was told to contact the manufacturer. I did and was told by the manufacturer they would send an immediate replacement which they did not. I am out my purchase price, my husband put at risk and I will not recommend either either company to anyone.”
