“I wrote to you guys over 10 Days ago asking if the defective unit could be replace and did not receive a response.
The 3rd day of use , it started sounding off warning of the low glocuse level.This went on over night. I checked my golcuse level with a test devise I have at home and it was on the normal range at the time. Therefor I removed the sensor.”
“I needed an extra CGM because I had issues with 2 of mine which dexcom thankfully replaced. But then I still needed one more because I was going to run out before my next shipment. Thankfully I was able to find one here for a price I could afford (my insurance is usually zero copay, so paying 100-something as opposed to a few hundred something was doable. And I didn't have to jump through proverbial hoops to get it. It shipped very quickly. Most importantly, it worked just fine. I would definitely buy from here again if I ended up in another such situation.”
