“My wife depends on an insulin pump for her insulin and depends on Dexcom sensors to alert her when her clucose levels are abnormal. For unavoidable reasons, her sensor was expiring and she did not have a replacement. I ordered a sensor from diabetic supply and paid for priority2 day delivery expecting there would be no gap in coverage. When it did not arrive in 2 days, I contacted the company. They sent me a picture of a package lying in front of a red door. We have a black front door. I notified the company of this fact and asked what they planned to do since this critical item had not been delivered successfully. I have NOT received a reply to this email. We contacted the doctor who graciously checked with local pharmacies until she found one who had the sensor in stock and she called a prescription in to that pharmacy so that there would be no lapse in coverge.”
