“Two of the three sensors we received had failures (they were not expired). Now my 15-year-old son is without a Dexcom for five days until (which is when our insurance shipment gets here) or the Dexcom replacement gets here (which is unknown because it just happened today). He is an active baseball player so he will occasionally experience a low in the middle of the night and the alarm will wake me up. This is unacceptable!!!!”
