Ordered 2. First time, we just had as it came with the instructions. It was great, but missing a little something. The instructions recommended they be served with cucumber and coriander and wow, what a huge improvement! Highly recommended based on that minor change.

Bao buns are light and fluffy with the pork filling, hoisin and some fresh coriander and cucumber. They are great and enjoyed by all the family.

The Bao buns with slow-cooked hoisin pork appeal for both their taste and their versatility. You can have them for dinner and easily keep the leftovers for a separate dinner later or for lunch the next day. It would be good to be able to purchase an extra bag of buns separately, for anyone wanting to spread the pork further.
