“I have to say this wasn’t my favourite. The beef and sauce were yummy, but the dish as a whole was a bit average. The rice got sort of mushy, and the flavour of the dish as a whole just didn’t come together. Perhaps cooking bibimbap from frozen just isn’t meant to be? It’s a dish that needs crispy rice and fresh ingredients, I feel. Overall this was fine, just not as delicious as what I’ve come to expect from the dinner ladies!”
